KACAA 2017 Annual Meeting and Professional Improvement Conference
June 25 - 28, Crowne Plaza Hotel, Louisville
REGISTRATION DEADLINE - MAY 19, 2017
Greetings from District 3! We have been preparing for the upcoming KACAA Annual Meeting and Professional Improvement Conference to be held June 25-28 in Louisville. Details of activities are linked below – please register by May 19th.
We’ll start out with a pre-conference Golf Scramble at Weissinger Hills Golf Course in Shelbyville on Sunday afternoon, followed by our Picnic at historic Undulata Horse Farm in Shelbyville. Our learning sessions will be held on Monday morning and afternoon, followed by Tour Louisville on your own that evening. We’ll have some activities suggestions for you when you arrive.
We have great Tours to choose from on Tuesday, highlighting the variety of Agriculture and Horticulture in the Louisville area. Dean Cox and Dr. Gary Palmer will be meeting with us during our Administrative Session, followed by our Banquet and Awards Presentations. On Wednesday, we’ll conclude with our business session.
We have great activities planned for kids as well, including a trip to the Louisville Zoo.
We want to include more of our life members in this year’s conference. If you have any life members in your county, please let them know about the meeting and invite them. We have email addresses for some life members, but not all of them. We do ask that they register online if possible. Registration for this meeting will be $100 for agents and summer interns and no charge for life members. Please register by May 19. Checks should be made payable to NKACAA.
